We have established the following action plan in accordance with the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

  2. Goal and Initiatives
    Goal:
    Promote awareness of parental leave policies and create a supportive environment to encourage male employees to take childcare leave.
    Initiatives:
    April 2025: Conduct a survey on the current parental leave uptake among male employees
    September 2025: Consider strategies to promote awareness of the parental leave system
    January 2026: Implement initiatives to raise awareness of the parental leave system
    April 2026: Conduct training sessions for managerial staff
